Cintrón Flores was born in San Juan, Puerto Rico. On 2003, she completed a Bachelor Degree in Architecture in Puerto Rico’s Polytechnic University.
During her professional trajectory, she has worked as Construction Projects Manager in the Infrastructure Financing Authority; and as Executive Director of Guaynabo’s Permits Office. Since the beginning of 2019, she is the Secretary Assistant of Puerto Rico’s Permits Management Office and supervises its offices in San Juan, Humacao, Ponce, Aguadilla and Arecibo.
Architect Cintrón Flores is in charge of transforming the island’s permits system, in accordance with the recently approved Permits Reform, in order to propel Puerto Rico’s economic development.
